FIORE DELIVERY GUIDELINES AND SHIPPING AREAS
In Fiore Padala, we deliver your packages to almost all major cities in the Philippines free of charge. To check if we deliver to your recipient's area, please view our list of delivery areas. Alternatively, you may call us at +632-6591690 or email us at order@fiorepadala.com.
For Manila orders, we ensure next day delivery if order is received before our 4:00 PM cut off. Manila bound orders are delivered as it is straight to your doorstep by our trained delivery staff.
For provincial deliveries, orders should be received between Monday to Friday before our 4:00 PM cut off so that they are processed for next scheduled provincial delivery. Please note that we only ship to the provinces betweeen Tuesday to Saturday. Provincial orders are packaged in shipping boxes to preserve quality and are shipped via one of the leading couriers in the Philippines.
For peak seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, the delivery schedules above may not be applicable. Announcement on the revised delivery schedule will be made in due time prior to the season.
Time of delivery: We are unable to accept your requests to deliver at a specific time. Deliveries for the day starts at 11 AM and are completed by end of business day for business addresses and by 6:00 PM for residential addresses.
When recipient is not in, we may leave the package to a person claiming affinity to the recipient. In the event that we are unable to leave the order because no one is home or if the business establishment is closed, the recipient may be called to schedule re-delivery on the next available date. It is in the management's discretion whether re-delivery charge applies (i.e. remote area, delivery conflict, etc). The management will be in contact with the sender once re-delivery charge applies. While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers, and flower condition. Please click here to view our substitution policy.
