This page states the terms and conditions under which you may use the website and purchase products from it. Please read this page carefully. To qualify for a purchase, the customer must agree to the following terms and conditions:
Purchasing Of Products
1. All prices listed are in Phillippine Peso (PHP) or US Dollar (USD).
2. All prices are inclusive of delivery within the Philippines.
3. Upon successful purchase, the sender will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has been received and will be processed.
4. Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.
5. Fiorepadala.com reserves the right to alter or modify order specifications to conform to its corporate policies.
Delivery of Products
1. At fiorepadala.com, we guarantee that the flowers will be delivered the following day if the orders are made within the stipulated time frame. See "Delivery and Shipping" section for delivery schedules to see if delivery is available given your preferred date of delivery before making a purchase.
2. Delivery fulfillment will be made by a first class door to door courier service for provincial orders. For Manila bound orders, delivery will be made by our trained delivery staff.
3. The purchaser must agree that the delivery details and address provided as point of delivery and billing is truthful and correct.
4. Fiorepadala.com may contact the customer to clarify inaccuracies in the delivery information provided but is not obligated by law to do so.
5. Fiorepadala.com will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:
- The recipient was not present at the address given within the hours during which delivery was requested.
- Incorrect address was provided.
- No such person was at the given address.
- No valid contact number was provided for Fiorepadala.com to reasonably attempt to contact to recipient to make delivery.
6. In the case that the address specified by the sender is incorrect, fiorepadala.com has the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
7. If the delivery arrives late, fiorepadala.com will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
8. If the product is not delivered, fiorepadala.com will replace the ordered product with one of the same value.
Refund and Exchange Policy
1. At fiorepadala.com, our primary concern is customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the flowers received, call us at (632)6591690 or write to us at order@fiorepadala.com. We will deliver another bouquet of equivalent value at no charge.
2. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management. When a refund is granted, it will be processed and submitted to the bank within 14 working days of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for the credit to manifest in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.
Cancellation Policy
We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can.
Please note the following :
1. Cancellation must be made at least 48 working hours before the requested day of delivery. No cancellations can be done with less than 48 working hours before date of delivery.
2. In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply.
3. Please email cancellation requests to us at order@fiorepadala.com with your order number.
Substitution Policy
Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, the flowers and/or gifts not be available in certain areas. Fiorepadala.com reserves the right to substitute appropriate flowers and/or gift items of equal value and quality in the event that the flower/gift featured is/are not available at the time of ordering. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, so rest assured that every effort will be made to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value.
Redelivery Policy
For redelivery of orders, a redelivery charge may apply depending on remoteness of area. This will be in the sole discretion of the management. The management will contact the sender if redelivery charge applies. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality flowers and gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 25% discount off the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like flowers, fruits and cakes.
Limitation of Liability
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, Fiorepadala.com's liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the wilful act or gross negligence of Fiorepadala.com or its employees while acting in the course of their employment) shall be limited to the Purchase Price.
The customer shall not seek from Fiorepadala.com the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.
